3 - Property verification : To check if the top-up you are trying to collect belongs to you, you will be asked to attach a top-up of 50 euros (which will be refunded to you)
If the Recoverable Top-Up was purchased online, the 50 € Property Activation Top-Up must be purchased using the same bank card. This is the way for us to verify that the recharge to be collected belongs to you. If the refill to be collected was purchased from a tobacconist, the 50 € Ownership Verification Refill must be purchased at the same office. In this case, you will be asked to attach a photo of the two refills placed next to each other.
You will immediately receive your money either by a new top-up coupon code of the amount corresponding to the value of your top-up + 50 € (refund) or directly to your bank card
